As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a delivery confirmation email which might include a
tracking information.
However, if you do not receive a delivery confirmation email right away, do not worry as we will deliver the
items to you within the date range provided.
Delivery Terms and Conditions

Orders are NOT dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays therefore, any order
placed after 9 am on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
2-days delivery is only available for orders placed before 8:30 am, Monday to Thursdays only.
You will receive a text message from our delivery team an hour before your delivery.
An adult must be available to take the delivery of your order
Should you miss the delivery of your order, you will have to rearrange a new delivery with us, a new delivery
fee will become payable.
Currently, delivery is only available to UK (England, Scotland & Wales)
postcodes.
Phone or WhatsApp: Orders for 2-days postal delivery are only possible via Phone or WhatsApp
in the mean time. You will however be required to pay online or via bank transfer before your order is accepted.
Online: At the moment, online orders are only available for deliveries in the Midlands area and collections.
There will be an option
for you to select 'postal delivery' at the checkout in the coming weeks.

All orders must be placed by 8:30am for 48-hours delivery.

Orders are still freshly prepared

Your meals will be prepared fresh to order with no preservatives. However, for us to be able to post
it to you, it will be frozen at the right temperature and then sent to
you in an insulated packaging to ensure your order is delivered at
safe temperature.
We advice that you store the meals in a fridge or freezer on delivery if they are not to be heated and eaten straight away.
Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be delivered to one address. Should you wish to have your order delivered to
multiple addresses, you should place different orders.
Orders are final once they are placed. However, if you contact us
within 5mins of placing the order, we might be able to make changes to your order.

Orders are quality assured before they are sent out.
Orders are final at point of sale however, if you are not happy with any of our products,
if the item is non-perishable, we may offer you a replacement.
Please note that proof of purchase is required at all times.
